(a) All licensed physical therapists and licensed physical therapist assistants shall complete continuing education for licensure renewal as established in the rules of the Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy.(b)(1) The board shall approve continuing education units and their program content.(2) The board may require the payment of reasonable fees for review and approval of continuing education programs.Acts 1997, No. 744, § 2; 2009, No. 1471, § 9.
