(a) Every physical therapist and physical therapist assistant, within ten (10) days after receipt of notification of a claim or a filing of a lawsuit against him or her for malpractice, shall notify the Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy of the claim or lawsuit.(b) The board shall prepare and adopt rules as are necessary and proper to assure compliance with this section.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 1607, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 1997, No. 744, § 2.
