(a) The circuit courts of this state are vested with jurisdiction and power to enjoin violations of this subchapter in the county in which the alleged unlawful practice occurred or in which the defendant resides.(b) The issuance of an injunction shall not relieve a person from criminal prosecution for violation of this subchapter, but the remedy of injunction shall be in addition to liability for criminal prosecution.Acts 1995, No. 1279, § 10.
