(a) In reporting information to the coordinated database and reporting system under the Physical Therapy Licensure Compact, the Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy may disclose personally identifiable information about a physical therapist or physical therapist assistant, including the Social Security number of the individual.(b) The coordinated database and reporting system shall not share personally identifiable information with a state that is not a party to the compact unless the state agrees to not disclose that information to any other person.Added by Act 2019, No. 313,§ 1, eff. 7/24/2019.
