Section 17-98-102 - Restriction of registry

It is the intent of the General Assembly to restrict registry to those individuals who are qualified under this chapter to be disease intervention specialists. It is not the intent of the General Assembly to register persons, such as state employees, in the job classification of disease intervention specialist.Acts 1993, No. 107, § 3.
