Section 17-98-303 - Issuance of certificate without examination

The State Board of Health shall issue a certificate of registration without examination to any person who makes application on forms prescribed and furnished by the board, pays a registration fee set by the board, and submits satisfactory proof that he or she:(1) Has had at least two (2) years' experience in the field of human immunodeficiency virus/sexually transmitted disease intervention; and(2) Is registered as a disease intervention specialist in a state in which the qualifications for registration are not lower than the qualifications for registration in this state at the time he or she applies for registration.Amended by Act 2023, No. 365,§ 51, eff. 7/1/2023.Amended by Act 2019, No. 990,§ 113, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 1993, No. 107, § 12.
