(a) The Arkansas State Medical Board shall hold its regular meetings on the fourth Thursday in November and the fourth Thursday in June and shall have the power to call special meetings at such times as it deems necessary.(b) It may meet at such places as a majority may agree upon, consulting the convenience of the board and applicants for examination and certificates.Acts 1969, No. 168, § 4; A.S.A. 1947, § 72-1604.
