Section 18-11-712 - Uniformity of application and construction

In applying and construing this uniform act, consideration must be given to the need to promote uniformity of the law with respect to its subject matter among the states that enact it.Added by Act 2023, No. 505,§ 1, eff. 8/1/2023.
