(a) This chapter applies to a time-share plan established after February 25, 1983, under § 18-14-201 et seq., § 18-14-401 et seq., and § 18-14-501 et seq.(b) This chapter does not apply to the offer or sale of a time-share interest if the use extends over a period of three (3) years or less, whether or not the accommodation is located in this state.Amended by Act 2013, No. 710,§ 1, eff. 8/16/2013.Acts 1983, No. 294, Art. 1, § 1-102; 1983, No. 765, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 50-1302.
