A developer or any other person subject to this chapter that offers or disposes of a time-share interest without complying with this chapter or that violates this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000) per occurrence or by imprisonment not to exceed one (1) year, or both.Amended by Act 2013, No. 710,§ 4, eff. 8/16/2013.Acts 1983, No. 294, Art. 3, § 3-108; A.S.A. 1947, § 50-1322.
