Section 18-15-913 - Public entry, use, and occupation upon order of payment

In all cases in which damages for land proposed to be taken for the establishment of a public landing have been assessed in the manner provided in this subchapter and an order has been made for the payment to the owners of the amount so assessed, then it shall and may be lawful for the public to enter upon, use, and occupy the landing as a public landing.Acts 1909, No. 307, § 16, p. 916; C. & M.
