Section 18-29-202 - Prohibited unused property sale items

(a) No unused property merchant shall offer for sale at an unused property market or knowingly permit the sale of: (1) Baby food;(2) Infant formula;(3) Cosmetics or personal care products; or(4) Any nonprescription drug or medical device.(b) This section shall not apply to a person who keeps available for public inspection a written authorization identifying that person as an authorized representative of the manufacturer or distributor of the product, as long as the authorization is not false, fraudulent, or fraudulently obtained.Acts 1999, No. 1350, § 2.
