Section 18-29-204 - Penalty

The penalty for violation of this subchapter shall be as follows:(1) The first violation shall be a Class B misdemeanor;(2) The second violation shall be a Class A misdemeanor; and(3) The third or subsequent violation shall be a Class D felony.Acts 1999, No. 1350, § 4.
