As used in this subchapter, the 'owner' of property shall include the owner of the legal title to property and any person, including all cestui que trust, for whose immediate use, enjoyment, or benefit a building, erection, or other improvement is made.Acts 1895, No. 146, § 22, p. 217; C. & M.
