Section 18-45-301 - Right of lien

Any person, firm, or corporation engaged in the business of repairing, rewinding, or rebuilding of electric motors, transformers, generators, and other electrical equipment who shall perform any work or labor on any object, thing, material, or property in connection with the businesses mentioned in this section shall have an absolute lien on the object, thing, material, or property for the full amount of the work or labor done or performed and material furnished.Acts 1939, No. 61, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 51-413.
