Section 18-45-403 - Right to sell

Any person, firm, or corporation having a lien under the provisions of this subchapter and retaining possession of the object, thing, material, or property serviced or repaired by them shall have the right to sell it for the satisfaction of the lien subject to the provisions of this subchapter.Acts 1939, No. 98, § 2; A.S.A. 1947, § 51-418.
