Section 18-48-402 - Right to lien

Any person, firm, or corporation engaged in the business of the storage of automobiles and other motor vehicles, whether the storage is the principal line of business or an incident to the regular business, shall have a lien upon the motor vehicle so stored for the sums of money due for the storage.Acts 1951, No. 251, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 51-913.
