As used in this section and §§ 18-48-502 - 18-48-504 'owner' and 'operator' mean corporations, partnerships, or individuals engaged in the business of elevators, drying, cleaning, milling, or processing rice or other similar farm products.Acts 1949, No. 81, § 4; A.S.A. 1947, § 51-912.
