(a) The action of ejectment shall be brought and prosecuted in the real names of the parties thereunto.(b) The action may be brought against the person in possession of the premises claimed or his or her lessor, or both.(c) The person from or through whom the defendant claims title to the premises may, on his or her motion, be made a codefendant.Rev.
