Section 18-60-308 - Title to premises not adjudicated

In trials under the provisions of this subchapter, the title to the premises in question shall not be adjudicated upon or given in evidence, except to show the right to the possession and the extent thereof.Acts 1981, No. 615, § 11; A.S.A. 1947, § 34-1511.
