The Governor shall procure an official seal for the Department of Finance and Administration. Every paper executed by the Secretary of the Department of Finance and Administration or by any other employee of the department and sealed with its official seal shall be received in evidence in any court or other tribunal and may be recorded in the same manner and with like effect as deeds regularly acknowledged.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 3431, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1955, No. 315, § 4; A.S.A. 1947, § 13-204.
