Section 19-1-301 - Definition

As used in this subchapter, unless the context otherwise requires, 'fiscal impact statement' means a realistic statement of the estimated financial cost of implementing or complying with the proposed law, rule, policy, order, or administrative law upon municipalities or counties to which the proposed law, rule, policy, order, or administrative law applies.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 1693, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 1977, No. 221, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 13-2301.
