Section 19-11-103 - Penalty for violation of law

Any person who is found by a court of law to have knowingly violated any state law in conjunction with the performance or acquisition of a contract with the state shall be ineligible to contract with the state for a period of three (3) years.Acts 1997, No. 1155, § 1.
