If the Arkansas Department of Transportation determines that a construction manager-general contractor method of procurement is appropriate for a transportation project, the department shall establish a procedure for awarding the contract for construction of the construction manager-general contractor method transportation project using the criteria listed in § 19-11-1406.Amended by Act 2019, No. 1019,§ 4, eff. 7/24/2019.Added by Act 2017, No. 809,§ 1, eff. 8/1/2017.
