Section 19-11-210 - Operation of other laws

Unless displaced by the particular provisions of this subchapter, the principles of law and equity, including the Uniform Commercial Code, § 4-1-101 et seq., of this state, the law merchant, and law relative to capacity to contract, agency, fraud, misrepresentation, duress, coercion, mistake, or bankruptcy shall supplement its provisions.Acts 1979, No. 482, § 5; A.S.A. 1947, § 14-235.
