(a) There is created within the Department of Transformation and Shared Services the Office of State Procurement to be administered by the State Procurement Director.(b)(1) The Office of State Procurement shall be subject to the supervision and management of the Secretary of the Department of Transformation and Shared Services.(2) The rules authorized in this subchapter shall be approved by the secretary prior to the filing of the rules in accordance with the Arkansas Administrative Procedure Act, § 25-15-201 et seq.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 1755, eff. 7/24/2019.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 6104, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1979, No. 482, § 13; A.S.A. 1947, § 14-241; Acts 2001, No. 1237, § 7.
