Section 19-11-253 - Joint use of facilities

Any public procurement unit may enter into agreements for the common use or lease of warehousing facilities, capital equipment, and other facilities with another public procurement unit or an external procurement activity under the terms agreed upon between the parties.Acts 1979, No. 482, § 69; A.S.A. 1947, § 14-286.
