Procurement information shall be public record to the extent provided in the Freedom of Information Act of 1967, § 25-19-101 et seq., except as otherwise provided in this subchapter and the Arkansas Procurement Law, § 19-11-201 et seq.Acts 1979, No. 483, § 10; A.S.A. 1947, § 14-1110.
