The State Board of Finance may promulgate appropriate rules for the administration of this subchapter, including the establishment of the necessary forms and loan instruments to be used in connection with making loans under the provisions of this subchapter.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 1703, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 1977 (Ex.
