Section 19-4-103 - Penalty

With respect to all matters for which penalties have not otherwise been provided in this act, any person who shall knowingly violate any of the provisions of this act shall be guilty of a violation and upon conviction shall be fined in any amount not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000).Acts 1973, No. 876, § 29; A.S.A. 1947, § 13-355; Acts 2005, No. 1994, § 102.
