Section 19-4-1001 - Definition

As used in this subchapter, the term 'credit cards' means only those credit cards issued to state agencies, boards, or commissions for which the state agencies, boards, or commissions assume responsibility for payment.Acts 1979, No. 676, § 1; A.S.A 1947, § 12-2378; Acts 2003, No. 656, § 2.
