Section 19-4-1007 - No use of other credit cards

(a) If it is determined by the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State to be essential to enable an agency, board, or commission to effectively carry out its responsibilities, the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State may authorize an agency, board, or commission, or certain employees thereof, to use state credit cards for which the state agency assumes liability for payment, under rules as may be prescribed by the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State.(b) No credit cards shall be used except those approved by the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 1721, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 1979, No. 676, § 6; A.S.A 1947, § 12-2378.5; Acts 2003, No. 656, § 6.
