Section 19-4-1109 - Procurement contracts

Each state agency which is authorized by law or under the purchasing procedures of this state to enter into contracts for the procurement of property, commodities, or services shall keep on file in their respective places of business copies of these contracts for public inspection or audit and shall make a copy of any such contract available to the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State when so required by him or her.Acts 1973, No. 876, § 15; A.S.A. 1947, § 13-341; Acts 2001, No. 1453, § 34.
