Upon completion of each contract awarded for the fulfillment of a project authorized by the General Assembly:(1) The affected state agency shall notify the Department of Finance and Administration of the culmination of the contract;(2) No further expenditures or obligations will be incurred; and(3) The unexpended and unobligated funds shall be impounded.Acts 1973, No. 876, § 22; 1975, No. 985, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 13-348.
