In those instances where a state agency has approved line-items for salaries which are payable from more than one (1) fund, the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State shall be authorized to establish a paying account on his or her books and on the books of the Treasurer of State and Auditor of State from which all such salaries may be paid, with provisions for reimbursing the paying account by directing the transfer of the necessary funds and appropriations on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State.Acts 1973, No. 876, § 23; A.S.A. 1947, § 13-349.
