Section 19-4-1608 - Personal services less than 12 months

In the event an appropriation is made for the payment of personal services, when it has been established by law on the basis of a scholastic year or for some other period less than twelve (12) months, then any person so employed may be paid from bank funds for the remainder of the year if his or her services are required by the state agency.Acts 1973, No. 876, § 23; A.S.A. 1947, § 13-349.
