(a) When any federal funds, grants, aids, or reimbursements, including unsolicited funds, are received by a state agency, the Department of Finance and Administration shall be notified on forms to be prescribed by the Secretary of the Department of Finance and Administration.(b) The department shall prescribe procedures for quarterly reporting information relative to grants, aids, reimbursement, and direct or indirect cost reimbursement plans, and research grants and aids for the institutions of higher education.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 3458, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1973, No., 876, § 21; A.S.A. 1947, § 13-347; Acts 1989, No. 37, § 3.
