Section 19-4-601 - Responsibility generally

Except as limited by appropriations and funding by the General Assembly and other provisions of law, state agencies shall have the authority and responsibility to administer their programs as authorized by the General Assembly and shall be responsible for their proper management.Acts 1973, No. 876, § 9; A.S.A. 1947, § 13-335.
