Section 19-4-603 - Exemptions generally

Appropriations for retirement benefits, refunds, and Social Security requirements of the teacher and public employees retirement systems shall be excluded from the provisions of this subchapter.Acts 1973, No. 876, § 11; A.S.A. 1947, § 13-337.
