(a) There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the 'Trial Expense Assistance Fund'.(b) The Trial Expense Assistance Fund shall consist of moneys transferred to it from the Miscellaneous Revolving Fund, there to be paid for reimbursement of costs incurred in certain trials as set out in § 16-92-109.Acts 1993, No. 1073, § 15.
