(a) There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the 'Cities in School Fund'.(b) The Cities in School Fund shall consist of those moneys transferred from the General Revenue Fund Account of the State Apportionment Fund, there to be used for providing grants to community-based pilot programs directed toward solving problems of children and their families as set out in Acts 1992 (1st Ex. Sess.), No. 1, §§ 7 and 8.Acts 1993, No. 1073, § 15.
