(a) There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the 'Emergency Medical Services Revolving Fund'.(b) The fund shall consist of those funds which may be made available, there to be administered by the Department of Health as set out in § 20-13-101 et seq.Acts 1995, No. 1163, § 27.
