There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State, the 'Environmental Settlement Trust Fund' to consist of funds received by the State of Arkansas pursuant to settlement agreements for environmental or natural resources damages, interest earnings, and any other moneys designated to be deposited into the fund, there to be administered by the Director of the Division of Environmental Quality.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 3197, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 2001, No. 1416, § 44.
