(a) There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the 'Juvenile Accountability Incentive Block Grant Trust Fund'.(b)(1) The fund shall consist of those federal funds received through a grant award under the Juvenile Accountability Incentive Block Grants Program.(2) The fund shall be used to provide funds to state and local units of government to establish a coordinated enforcement plan for reducing juvenile crime developed by a Juvenile Crime Enforcement Coalition, as administered by the Division of Youth Services of the Department of Human Services.Acts 2001, No. 1646, § 11.
