(a) There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a trust fund to be known as the 'Division of Workforce Services Training Trust Fund'.(b)(1) The fund shall consist of the proceeds of the administrative assessment specified in § 11-10-706(c)(3), any interest accruing on these revenues, and any other funds made available by the General Assembly.(2) The fund shall be used for worker training under rules promulgated by the Director of the Division of Workforce Services.(c) The director shall report to the Legislative Council on a quarterly basis on all uses of the fund.Amended by Act 2023, No. 196,§ 9, eff. 3/6/2023.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 1746, eff. 7/24/2019.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 490, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 2007, No. 551, § 1.
