(a) There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State the 'Department of Economic Development Super Projects Fund'.(b) The fund shall consist of such funds as may be provided by law, there to be used for economic development super projects of the Arkansas Economic Development Commission.Acts 2003, No. 1123, § 7.
