Section 19-5-1229 - Purchase and Corporate Travel Card Program Fund

(a) There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a miscellaneous revolving fund to be known as the 'Purchase and Corporate Travel Card Program Fund'.(b) The fund shall be used for rebates from vendor banks, distribution to participating agencies, and operating expenses connected with the administration of the Purchase and Corporate Travel Card Program.Acts 2005, No. 2034, § 32.
