(a) There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the 'Innovate Arkansas Fund'.(b) The fund shall consist of funds as may be provided for by law.(c) The fund shall be used by the Arkansas Economic Development Commission for the sole support of a contract between the commission and the entity selected to provide support and assistance for development and growth of knowledge-based and technology-based companies in the State of Arkansas.Acts 2009, No. 1440, § 6; 2009, No. 1441, § 6.
