A special fund entitled the 'Water, Sewer, and Solid Waste Systems Revolving Fund' is created to provide a depository for funds which may be appropriated or otherwise secured for the purposes of matching or supplementing federal grants and loans. The Water, Sewer, and Solid Waste Systems Revolving Fund shall be used to provide low interest loans to cities, towns, counties, and other eligible applicants. Funds from the repayment of loans made from the Water, Sewer, and Solid Waste Systems Revolving Fund shall return to the Water, Sewer, and Solid Waste Systems Revolving Fund and shall be reloaned in a manner which is consistent with the purposes of this section.Acts 1981, No. 755, § 19; A.S.A. 1947, § 13-523.6.
