Section 19-5-801 - Purpose

It is the purpose of this subchapter that all programs, regardless of their funding source, contribute equally to the cost of workers' compensation benefits charged to the state agencies operating such programs.Acts 1977, No. 924, § 1; A.S.A 1947, § 13-1407.1.
